These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Glitter Glam Acrylic Systems website ("Website") and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Conditions
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
- Capacity: By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are visiting the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Product Use: All Glitter Glam products are designed for professional use. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that they possess the necessary skills and training to use the products safely and correctly. Glitter Glam is not liable for misuse.
2. Orders, Payment, and Pricing
- Currency: All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price advertised at the time of order placement.
- Payment: We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayFast, EFT. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been confirmed.
- Order Cancellation: Glitter Glam reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if fraudulent activity is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Areas: We ship to all locations within South Africa.
- Delivery Times: Standard shipping is 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the courier once they are dispatched.
- Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee.
4. Returns and Refunds Policy
- General Returns: Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 7 business days of receipt. We require photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Refund Process: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Website, including text, logos, product names (e.g., "Mona's Red Kiss," "Luxe Primer"), graphics, and images (collectively, "Content") is the property of Glitter Glam Acrylic Systems and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.
- The use of our trademarks, including the Glitter Glam logo, without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- The Website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- Glitter Glam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased or from unauthorised access to your data.
